We want you to feel confident and empowered in your EBY essentials, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, individual pairs of underwear must be unopened to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original mailer or a secure box, apply the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
